MANGA INJI VOORUGAI( MANGO GINGER PICKLE)

INGREDIENTS
Manga Inji 100 gms
(Mango Ginger)
Green Chilies 4 or 5 nos
Lemon One big size with more of juice
Salt 5 gms or according to your taste


Preparation
  Wash Manga Inji, peel the skin and chop into thin round pieces or cut into small cubes.
Cut the Lemon and extract juice and add the required quantity of salt or you can also cut the Lemon into small pieces, and mix all together and store it in a dried bottle or in a plastic container.
Keep it for 48 hrs and use it .
Note : Green pepper Corns (Pachai Milagu) can be replaced instead of Green chillies
